Protein magnums

Ingredients

  • - 100 g low-fat quark
  • - 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • - 30 g vanilla protein powder
  • - 1 scoop designer flavor ESN black & white cookie sandwich*
  • - 5 g almonds
  • - 30 g dark chocolate
  • - 10 g coconut oil

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients for the ice cream filling. Place the filling in the ice cream molds with the ice cream sticks and leave in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
  • Chop the almonds small. Melt the chocolate with coconut oil on a plate and add the almonds. Remove the ice cream from the mold and roll in the chocolate.
  • Leave them in the freezer for at least 1 hour to let the chocolate harden.
  • Enjoyyy

Notes

  • ESN flavor can be replaced with a tbsp peanut butter for example, but I do recommend ESN, because it makes it sooo good.
