Ingredients

  • 500 gram Ribstuk Rund
  • zout en peper
  • boter

Directions

  • Vlees in grote stukken snijden.
  • Het gesneden vlees in de keukenrobot doen en fijnmalen.
  • Ik gebruik hiervoor de Monsieur Cuisine Plus en maal het vlees 12 seconden op stand 8.
  • Maak vier gelijkmatige hamburgers, dek ze af met plasticfolie en plaats minimaal 1 uur in de koelkast.
  • Kruid de hamburgers aan beide zijden.
  • Verhit de boter tot het schuim is verdwenen en schroei hierin de hamburgers aan beide zijden dicht.
  • Bak verder op een matig vuur.
  • Het is rundsvlees, het mag dus nog een beetje licht rood zijn in de kern maar zorg wel dat ze ook binnenin warm zijn.
