Smoked chicken salad

Ingredients
- - 200 g smoked chicken
- ⁃ 100 g white cheese
- ⁃ 1 mango
- ⁃ 1 apple
- ⁃ 1/2 cucumber
- ⁃ 400 g Mixed (iceberg) lettuce
- Dressing
- ⁃ 2 tbsp Yofresh
- ⁃ 1 tsp olive oil
- ⁃ 3 tbsp lemon juice
- ⁃ 1 crushed garlic clove
- ⁃ Salt
Directions
- Divide the lettuce over two bowls.
- Mix the ingredients for the dressing. Divide 3/4 of it between the two bowls and mix.
- Cut everything except the white cheese into strips and divide among the bowls.
- Crumble 50 g white cheese over the salads and top with the remaining dressing.
- Enjoy.
