Smoked chicken salad

Ingredients

  • - 200 g smoked chicken
  • ⁃ 100 g white cheese
  • ⁃ 1 mango
  • ⁃ 1 apple
  • ⁃ 1/2 cucumber
  • ⁃ 400 g Mixed (iceberg) lettuce
  • Dressing
  • ⁃ 2 tbsp Yofresh
  • ⁃ 1 tsp olive oil
  • ⁃ 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • ⁃ 1 crushed garlic clove
  • ⁃ Salt

Directions

  • Divide the lettuce over two bowls.
  • Mix the ingredients for the dressing. Divide 3/4 of it between the two bowls and mix.
  • Cut everything except the white cheese into strips and divide among the bowls.
  • Crumble 50 g white cheese over the salads and top with the remaining dressing.
  • Enjoy.
