Cranberry orange fluff

Ingredients
- Cranberry compote:
- 1 bag fresh cranberry
- 1½ cup water
- ¾ cup White sugar
- 1 box raspberry jello
- Whip cream:
- 1½ cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup White sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Other:
- Block of cream cheese
- Mandarin oranges
- 2cups marshmallows
- Medium can pineapple (crushed)
Directions
- Cranberry compote:
- Rinse berries then add them to a saucepan with the water. Boil until fully cooked. Then add sugar, stir and cook till blended together. Add in the jello give it a good stir then put the lid on and stick in fridge until fully cooled.
- While your putting the compote in the fridge go ahead and grab your cream cheese. Place it on the counter to warm to room temperature.
- In a large bowl add cream cheese and compote. Stir till well combined. Then add drained fruits and marshmallows. Stir.
- Whipped cream:
- In a mixer add heavy cream, using the whisk attachment whip until just before stiff peaks form. It doesn’t have to be perfect. Slowly add in sugar and vanilla. Taste for desired sweetness and adjust.
- At this point you should have two bowls one with whipped cream and the other with everything else. Scrape the cream into the other bowl and carefully fold into the mixture.
- Taste to make sure it’s good then put a lid on and refrigerate.
