Slow-Cooker Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 package (22 oz) frozen meatballs
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup beef broth (from 32-oz carton)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Directions
- 1. Spray 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Place meatballs and onion in slow cooker. Stir in broth, Worcestershire sauce and nutmeg.
- 2. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 3 to 4 hours.
- 3. In small bowl, stir whipping cream and cornstarch with whisk until well blended. Pour over meatballs. Cover; cook 10 minutes on High heat setting until thickened.
Notes
- Very little sauce, try doubling everything but the meatballs.
