Haaskarbonades
zout, peper, nootmuskaat
bloem
boter + olie
Ui
gerookte spekblokjes

Directions

Bloem, zout, peper en nootmuskaat mengen en de karbonades er goed doorhalen zodat het vlees aan alle kanten goed bedekt is en er zelfs wat ingeduwd.
Boter en olie verhitten in. liefst in een diepe gietijzeren pan en hierin de karbonades bakken aan beide zijden om ze een mooie kleur te geven.
Intussen de ui in halve ringen snijden.
Haal de karbonades uit de pan en bak de uien en spekblokjes aan in hetzelfde braadvet.
Voeg een beetje water toe, aan de kook en zet het vuur laag.
Leg de karbonades er boven op en dek. Laat op een zacht vuurtje sudderen gedurende een klein half uur.
