Ingredients

boter
bloem
groentebouillon
laurier
zout en peper

Directions

Ui en champignons klein snijden ( ik doe dat in de keukenmachine, maar let op dat je niet te fijn maakt, het moeten nog stukjes zijn).
Aanstoven in boter.
Bestrooien met bloem en op een zacht vuurtje laten drogen, regelmatig omroeren.
Bouillon en laurier toevoegen.
20 minuten zachtjes laten koken.
Laurierblad verwijderen.
De soep fijnmaken met een staafmixer.
Op smaak brengen met zout en peper.
Doe in ieder soepbord of soepkom een scheutje room en schenk daar de soep op.
