Ingredients

  • 8 Graham Crackers broken into 2 halves
  • 4 Jumbo Marshmallow cut in 1/2
  • 11.5 oz bag of chocolate chips (any type)
  • 1 Tbsp fluff
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil

Directions

  • 1. Use the grahams as they are or take a round cookie cutter the size of the square and cut out circles from each 1/2
  • 2. Place one 1/2 of each marshmallow on 8 of the graham cracker halves. Place under broiler set at low for approximately 30 seconds (watch closely so they don’t burn). Remove once marshmallow turn golden brown.
  • 3. Take the other 8 graham halves and put a dab of fluff on each, then place on top of one of the marshmallows and apply slight pressure to stick.
  • 4. Place marshmallow grahams in fridge for about 10 mins so they stick together better.
  • 5. While cookies are in the refrigerator put chocolate in a microwave safe bowl, add oil and microwave for 2-3 intervals of 30 seconds, stirring between each interval. Do not fully melt chocolate- stop microwaving when about 1/2 of chocolate is melted. 6. Stir the chocolate until all has melted and is smooth.
  • 7. Remove grahams from refrigerator and dip one at a time in the chocolate (placing graham into chocolate and pressing down then carefully flip with a fork to cover both sides).
  • 8. Remove from chocolate carefully, and try to shake off excess chocolate. Dragging bottom of cookie against the bowl to remove the extra chocolate will help for cookie not to puddle on tray.
  • 9. Place chocolate covered cookies on tray with wax paper. Repeat with all cookies and then place in refrigerator so chocolate can set.
  • You can stop at this point or drizzle another type of chocolate over the cookies for extra decoration and/or sprinkle with mini marshmallows or sprinkles depending on the occasion.
