  • witte wijn
  • visbouillon

  • gerookt paprikapoeder
  • Bertolli olijfoliespray
  • Noordzeegarnalen

Directions

  • Ui versnipperen,.
  • Wortel, courgette en aubergine in kleine gelijkmatige blokjes snijden.
  • Champignons in vier snijden.
  • Groenten aanfruiten in een braadpan, enkele minuten op een zacht vuurtje laten staan, regelmatig omroeren.
  • Witte wijn en een blokje visbouillon toevoegen en aan de kook brengen. Tomato frito toevoegen en enkele minuten zachtjes laten sudderen. De groenten moeten nog licht knapperig blijven.
  • Oven verwarmen op 180 graden.
  • Deze gevulde tomaten-vissaus overbrengen in een geboterde ovenschaal.
  • De kabeljauwfilets droogdeppen en kruiden met zout, peper en gerookt paprikapoeder
  • Leg de kabeljauwfilets op de gevulde saus en sproei er wat olijfolie overheen.
  • Plaats 15 minuten in de hete oven.
  • Uit de oven lepel je de Noordzeegarnalen rond de visfilets.
