Ingredients
- •Chicken Thighs, with the skin. Bone in or boneless
- •Yukon, golden small potatoes, cut in half or quartered
- •bag of green beans or any other vegetable you like
- •3tbsp flour
- •1 box of kettle and fire or 2 cups of chicken broth
- •drizzle of Olive oil
- •McCormick Garlic & Herb Seasoning
- •S&P
- •creole seasoning
- •Badia Complete
Directions
- 1. Wash and pat dry your chicken. Season with Garlic & Herb, S&P, and Creole seasoning. Make sure to get all over and under the skin as well.
- 2. In a baking dish, add in your vegetable of choice and potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and Badia Complete.
- 3. Add chicken on top. Bake on 425 for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through and skin is crispy!
