2am Chili (Keto Style)

Ingredients
- 1tsp Basil Leaves
- 1tbsp Onion Powder
- 1tsp Artificial sweetener of choice
- 2tsp Cumin
- 4tsp Chili Powder
- 1tbsp Cayenne
- 1tbsp Garlic Powder
- 3 8oz Cans Tomato Sauce
- 1tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 Onion
- 2.5lbs Ground Beef
- 1 can Black Soy Beans
- 1tbsp Ghee
Directions
- 1. Mix all seasonings
- 2. Brown the beef
- 3. Combine tomato sauce and beans in pot
- 4. Drain beef and add to pot, mix in seasoning
- 5. Sauté veggies and add them to pot
- 6. Bring to boil and reduce to simmer.
- 7. Stir occasionally and let reduce for at least 1 hour
- 8. Top w/ sour cream, cheese and serve
