2am Chili (Keto Style)

Ingredients

  • 1tsp Basil Leaves
  • 1tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1tsp Artificial sweetener of choice
  • 2tsp Cumin
  • 4tsp Chili Powder
  • 1tbsp Cayenne
  • 1tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 3 8oz Cans Tomato Sauce
  • 1tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 Onion
  • 2.5lbs Ground Beef
  • 1 can Black Soy Beans
  • 1tbsp Ghee

Directions

  • 1. Mix all seasonings
  • 2. Brown the beef
  • 3. Combine tomato sauce and beans in pot
  • 4. Drain beef and add to pot, mix in seasoning
  • 5. Sauté veggies and add them to pot
  • 6. Bring to boil and reduce to simmer.
  • 7. Stir occasionally and let reduce for at least 1 hour
  • 8. Top w/ sour cream, cheese and serve
